Private Pay Session Fees
• 50-minute session: $185
• 90-minute session: $265
Extended 90-minute sessions provide a more in-depth opportunity to explore complex issues, particularly if you are engaged in specialized therapies such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) or Brainspotting. These longer sessions allow for a thorough exploration of your inner experiences, deeper processing of trauma, and more time for integrating insights gained during therapy. Whether working through internal conflicts with IFS or accessing and processing emotional experiences with Brainspotting, the additional time can enhance the effectiveness and depth of the therapeutic work.
No Surprises Act
Under the No Surprises Act, you are protected from unexpected billing when paying out of pocket. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided to help you anticipate the cost of services. For more details, visit CMS No Surprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
Good Faith Estimate
In accordance with Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, I am required to provide you with a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges if you are not using insurance.
• You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate for the total anticipated cost of non-emergency services, including psychotherapy, medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
• This estimate will be available in writing at least one business day before your initial session. You may also request a Good Faith Estimate from any provider at the time of scheduling.
• If you receive a bill that exceeds your Good Faith Estimate by $400 or more, you have the right to dispute the charge.
